MONDAY: Joe Nathan and the Twins have agreed to a three-year contract extension, including an option for the 2012 season. His contract is expected to pay him between $11 and $12 million per season. SATURDAY: ESPN.com’s Buster Olney reports that Joe Nathan’s extension with the Twins is “all but done.” Nathan’s extension is expected to be four years in length and between $11 and $12 million per season.
